Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Discover SKÖN. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it simple to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for opened or used skincare products due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at:

Include the following details:

Your order number

The items you wish to return

The reason for your return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days after we receive your returned item.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

We do not refund customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges applied by your local authorities.

6. Subscription Products

Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note: No refunds are issued for products already delivered under a subscription.
