We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your Skön purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How it works:

1. Contact us at [support email] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products may be opened and used — we know skincare needs to be tried to know if it works for your skin.
• Please return the item with as much product remaining as reasonably possible.
• One return per customer, per product, to prevent misuse of this policy.

Return shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support email] with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
